		<description>You will probably think this observation extremely self evident, but while reading what Pancho had written, it occurred to me that in essence the positive, or constructive, program was removing the sources of violence, often structural violence. It is somewhat analogous to what Martin Luther King said about anger. In other words all we have to do is look around us, perceive the evidence and sources of violence, and we could discover the seed for constructive program. Of course, skills and resources have to be aligned, but sometimes we have capacities that unknown to us that could be realized, and our limitations are often somebody else&#039;s possibilities.</description>
